Abstract

The rapid evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics has revolutionized how businesses interact with their customers, giving rise to Smart Customer Relationship Management (Smart CRM) systems. This research explores the transformative potential of AI-driven Smart CRM in enhancing customer experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven business intelligence. By leveraging advanced technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, Smart CRM systems enable personalized customer interactions, proactive service delivery, and seamless integration across communication channels. This paper investigates emerging trends, such as integrating IoT and generative AI, and evaluates their impact on CRM strategies in diverse industries. Furthermore, it addresses critical challenges, including ethical considerations, data privacy, and the disparity in adoption between small-to-medium enterprises and large corporations. The findings offer actionable insights for organizations seeking to implement or enhance Smart CRM solutions, emphasizing their role as a cornerstone of competitive advantage in the digital age.
